Service Description

Babypoint Club members can register for this class at babypointclub.ca This class is structured in a sequence of postures to develop strength and flexibility. The spine is released through stability and breath. Taught in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli, the student is guided to consciously balance effort and rest. This class is suitable for all levels.
