Service Description

Contact 647-725-0844 or email ado@stdemetrius.ca to register. This class offers movement combinations that target all your major muscle groups. All of the exercises are done seated, using dumbbell weights and resistance bands. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up, moving into exercises that train and strengthen your body. We end the class with a series of mindful stretches to maintain and increase flexibility and range of motion.
