Service Description
Email info@breatheyogastudio.com to register. A slow and methodical introduction to yoga, this 4-week pre-registered class works to lengthen muscles, identify and build strength in weaker areas, and introduce meditation techniques to calm the nervous system. This class is a great place to start if you’re new to yoga, are injured and/or prefer a class catering specifically to mens’ needs.
