About

Our gentle path is designed to introduce you to a yoga practice with variations in poses and styles to accomodate your own level of practice. Practicing basic poses with less intensity, allows us to learn how are bodies move and how much alignment creates stability. Whether you practice in a chair or on the floor, you will gradually build strength and confidence. Equipment required: Sturdy chair, Strap or belt, Blocks, Blanket(optional)
